OverviewSenior Financial Accountant up to £60k Petersfield. Full time Permanent 37 hours per week.Are you currently working as a Financial Accountant? Are you ACCA or CIMA qualified? Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.We are currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to ensure strong financial governance and aid timely reporting through effective collaboration with those inside and outside of the finance team. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £60k P/A, depending on experience.This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday, 8 am – 4.00 pm; Friday 8.00 am – 3.30 pm.ResponsibilitiesReview and submission of quarterly VAT returns ensuring compliance with any applicable VAT rulesPreparation and submission of bi-monthly Irish VAT returns for UK entitiesPreparation and submission of Payment Practices Reporting and Gender Pay Gap ReportingMonitor approval status of submitted capex requestsHalf year and year end stat pack reportingManage a team of 4 direct reports (including AP team)QualificationsAt least 2 years post-qualification experience in a financial reporting roleQualified ACCA, CIMA or equivalentExperience dealing with external auditorsHigh level of attention to detailFor more information on our Senior Financial Accountant role, please contact Dan in the Attega Group offices today! #J-18808-Ljbffr
