Senior Financial Accountant Annual Salary: Circa £65,000 per annum Location: London Job Type: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months Our client a rapidly expanding multi-site property development and management company, are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a qualified accounting professional making their first move into industry from an audit background, ideally who is ACA Qualified and has some real estate or property exposure. This role will report directly to the Financial Controller and work alongside the Management Accountant to oversee a team of 3, with team size expected to increase. Day-to-day of the role: Prepare consolidated and individual company annual statutory accounts. Responsible for the monthly consolidation for group reporting purposes. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards. Oversee the audit process and liaise with auditors. Liaise with external tax advisors and oversee the preparation of corporation tax returns and tax accounting. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Produce cash flow forecasts.
