It requires delivering robust, insightful financial analysis and fostering strong partnerships with the operational Logistics team to support informed decision making.Acting as both a business partner and a leader, the individual will bridge operations and finance to ensure alignment with financial plans. A deep understanding of TJX's end-to-end off-price business model is essential, along with the ability to clearly link operational performance to financial outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted finance partner to Processing Centres (PCs), Logistics, and senior stakeholders, supporting strategic decisions through regular engagement, challenge, and insightLead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes for PCs and logistics, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely deliveryTrack key KPIs and provide clear analysis of performance vs plan, proactively managing risks and opportunitiesDeliver meaningful prospective and retrospective financial analysisEvaluate the financial impact of operational decisions, such as infrastructure changes, and support regional growth strategies including new PC investmentsReview global logistics costs, ensure accurate cost allocations, and maintain capital budget governanceProvide ROI analysis for investment proposals and collaborate with third-party logistics providers on invoice validationChampion internal efficiencies through process improvement and automationEnsure data integrity across systems and respond to ad hoc queries and projects with cohesive analytical inputBuild strong relationships to inform planning and forecastingRegular travel to PCs is required to maintain strong operational insight and stakeholder alignmentKey Skills, Knowledge & Experience Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numeracy skillsProven ability to deliver results to deadlinesCommercially aware with strong operational and business focusExcellent communication and influencing skills across all levelsEffective relationship builder and business partnerProactive, curious, and adaptable mindsetSkilled in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with TM1 and Oracle where possibleExperience in a retail environment and / or Supply Chain is a plusAs proud as we are of our past success, it's our future that excites us most.
