As a Senior FP&A Analyst in London, you’ll sit close to the action, partnering with teams who are as passionate about performance as they are about sport. This role suits someone who brings strong commercial thinking and a real enthusiasm for sport, someone who wants their work to connect to something they genuinely enjoy. How you’ll make an impact As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will:
Deliver accurate month-end close and support financial reporting cycles Own P&L reporting for operational costs, including detailed variance analysis Partner with internal teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes Build and maintain financial models to inform planning and decision-making Provide clear management accounts and commentary for senior stakeholders Track spend, identify risks, and highlight opportunities to improve cost control Support business partnering across multiple functions, translating financial insight into action Contribute to business cases and ROI analysis for strategic initiatives
Why you’re a great fit
Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) Experience in FP&A, management accounts, or financial reporting Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis Confident working with non-finance stakeholders in a business partnering role Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling Experience in a fast-paced, data-led or professional services environment Exposure to cost analysis and operational finance You’ll be detail-focused, organised, and comfortable managing competing priorities. Just as important, you’ll communicate clearly and build trust across the business.
