BAE Systems Job: Senior Fire Safety Officer Company: BAE Systems Hourly Rate:  £47.41 PAYE or £63.96 Umbrella Location : Barrow-in-Furness - 3 days per week on-site Contract : 6 months (Opportunity to be extended) Working Hours : 37 hours per week Key Responsibilities : Be a fire subject matter expert with a proven track record of delivering appropriate and accurate fire safety advice and guidance for building projects. Delivery of fire prevention strategies and governance of fire protection systems. Support the production and maintenance of fire safety process documentation and management strategies. Providing support to the client in the control and mitigation of fire risk by conducting fire safety audits where the Construction Design and Management Regulations are applied. Support facility projects by reviewing fire strategies, building drawings and other information as part of the fire safety design of site buildings.
