Handle Consents, Waivers & Amendments, including documentation review & negotiation of finance documents with counsel
Conduct creditor outreach & facilitate questions on requests
Coordinate KYC requirements and onboarding for new obligors and creditors
Knowledge of current loan market practices, LMA, unitranche, credit funds, sponsor-led transactions (highly advantageous)
Knowledge of international payments, reconciliation, and KYC processes
Language skills (preferred but not essential)
