About the role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Fleet Procurement Manager, to effectively build and maintain good working relationships with vehicle manufacturers and Support the Negotiation of New Fleet Agreements, This is a key Role in ensuring we provide a cost effective and industry leading range of vehicles for the UK Business.

After a period of initial training, the role will transition to a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a flexible combination of remote working, attend external meetings and at least 1 day a week in our Leicester Head Office

Main duties:

• Develop and manage relationships with key vehicle suppliers
• Support negotiation of annual and adhoc vehicle supply agreements
• Control and administer central Fleet Procurement data files and paperwork
• Maintain contracts and agreements
• Circulate important fleet information across the business
• Provide support to wider areas of the business such as Sales, RCM, Operations, Finance etc
• Represent Fleet in internal project teams and contribute to key business decisions
• Support all Europcar Mobility Group business units and effectively account manage

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Maintain confidential information
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good IT Skills, including data entry and Excel.
• Knowledge and interest in cars would be an advantage.
• Full clean driving licence with a minimum of 4 years driving experience
• CIPS Level 4 qualification would ideal but not essential
