Description Reporting to the FP&A Manager this role will be a key bridge between the FP&A manager and the FP&A analysts. One direct report (FP&A Analyst) with another indirect report who will share a dotted line into the Weekly P&L Manager.
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract, with potential to go permanent. Key Responsibilities Key role in assisting with our annual budgeting and forecasting process, along with long range (5 year) planning Ownership of our 3 statement financial model, updating and developing as the demands of the business change Production of key stakeholder reports (including but not limited to Monthly Board Pack, Lender Pack, Budget Pack) Analysis of contract profitability and step up including liaising with our commercial team to better understand contract performance Scenario and Ad Hoc analysis for SLT Calculating Group Leverage Working closely with Business Development team on new wins / pipeline tracking and future growth scenarios Analysis of working capital / cash movements Managing / coordinating workloads of FP&A Analysts
Experience and Qualifications ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 2-5 year PQE Strong excel / modelling capabilities Inquisitive mindset, unafraid to challenge assumptions and ask why Good com...
