In this high‑visibility role, you will act as a trusted business partner to the Senior Leadership Team, bridging the gap between raw financial data and actionable strategic insights. You will take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting cycles, drive performance analysis, and build sophisticated financial models to support long‑term decision‑making. This is an ideal role for a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to directly influence company strategy. Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly re‑forecasts, and the five‑year strategic planning cycle. Identify risks and opportunities within the forecast and present mitigation strategies to the CFO/FD. Translate complex financial metrics into clear, non‑technical narratives for stakeholders to aid decision‑making. Prepare and present monthly board packs and management presentations to the Executive Team. Drive the continuous improvement of financial reporting systems and processes
Requirements
Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with +3 years (PQE) Proven track record in an FP&A or Commercial Finance role, ideally within a complex, multi‑entity environment. Advanced Excel modelling skills are essential. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and Data Visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and "tell the story" behind the numbers. Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working with ambiguity in a changing environment.
