Cedar has partnered with a Private Equity backed fast-growing international technology scale-up looking to hire a Senior FP&A Manager to join its expanding finance team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high impact role at an exciting stage of growth, helping shape the financial foundations of a rapidly scaling global business.Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate with a high-performing finance team while influencing business performance through data-driven insights and robust financial modelling.Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly forecasting cycles and manage budgeting across multiple business areas, partnering with departmental leaders and managersProduce formal annual budgets and monitor in-year performance against forecastsCoordinate and support overhead forecasting and cost management processesAssist with strategic initiatives and investor-related activities, including the development of financial modelsConduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess financial impacts of key decisionsAct as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, providing guidance and constructive challengeIdentify and implement process improvements within FP&A to increase efficiency and reporting accuracyAbout YouDegree in Accounting and a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA or ACCA) is preferredProven experience in a fast-paced environment such as a high-growth company, start-up/scale-up, or consulting environmentAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with familiarity using ERP systemsStrong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insightsConfident working with senior stakeholders and building relationships across international teamsExcellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environmentThis role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a growing global organisation while helping build the financial structures that support long term success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
