The Lead FP&A – UK Projects will take ownership of financial planning, forecasting and performance management across all UK projects within a growing international energy business.This role will act as the senior finance partner to UK operations and development teams, delivering high-quality financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making.The role combines hands‑on analytical leadership with commercial partnering responsibility, ensuring the UK portfolio delivers against financial targets while aligning with Group strategy and international reporting standards.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Performance Management (UK Portfolio)Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting cycles and long‑term financial planning for all UK projects.Own and enhance the UK portfolio financial model, ensuring alignment with operational performance, project development timelines, funding structures and Group reporting requirements.Deliver detailed project‑level profitability analysis, performance tracking and scenario modelling.Provide clear insight into financial results, identifying key drivers, trends, risks and opportunities across the UK portfolio.Monitor and report on cash flow, working capital, covenant compliance, leverage, liquidity and other critical financial metrics across UK entities.Strategic & Commercial Finance PartneringAct as the lead finance partner to UK development, construction, operations and commercial teams.Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior management and international stakeholders.Contribute to Board materials, investor reporting and UK‑specific strategic analysis.Strengthen UK planning and reporting frameworks to enhance accuracy, transparency and consistency with Group standards.Develop and automate reporting tools and dashboards to improve efficiency and decision support.Drive continuous improvement across systems, controls and financial processes within the UK portfolio.QualificationsQualified accountant (ACA/CA, ACCA or CIMA).Significant FP&A experience within a capital‑intensive, project‑based environment.Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel, Power Query, or similar analytical tools).Demonstrated experience partnering with operational teams and influencing senior stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
