Senior FPGA Engineer Role

Looking for an ambitious, proactive self-starter who identifies problems and takes ownership Xilinx RFSoC and/or Software Defined Radio experience required 5+ yrs experience Strong focus on VHDL development on AMD Xilinx platforms (Vivado) DSP expertise required Experience coding for on chip ARM cores Experience using external DDR Appreciation of wider system architecture, peripheral hardware and software Experience with multi-clock systems and GPS synchronisation Clear leadership potential, with scope to lead the FPGA team based on performance

Team & Structure

Current team consists of two FPGA engineers One long-term contractor is nearing retirement - succession-planning and upgrade to capable team leader Role is onsite, five days per week Salary negotiable
