I am working with an exciting company who are using cutting-edge computer vision and seamless native checkout, their platform identifies on-screen items and surfaces comparable options at multiple price points. The result? A frictionless way for viewers to connect with the culture they love and a powerful new channel for media and commerce.

They design and ship premium products across the entire journey: from developer-first APIs integrated with some of the largest media platforms in the world, to beautifully crafted consumer experiences used by millions of viewers.

The Role: Senior Front End Engineer

I'm looking for a standout engineer to join their core team in a high-ownership, high-impact role. You’ll help shape both the architecture and the product, building elegant, high-performance user experiences while contributing to the backend systems that power them.

This is not a narrow role. You’ll influence UX decisions, build developer-friendly SDKs and ensure they interfaces, APIs, and pipelines work together seamlessly. If you thrive in early-stage environments where your work ships fast and matters immediately, this role is for you.

What you will do...

• Build and maintain polished, scalable frontend interfaces and full-stack features
• Own features end-to-end—from concept and technical design through launch
• Create intuitive SDKs, UI components, and integration tools for external developers
• Collaborate closely with designers, founders, customers, and fellow engineers
• Contribute to backend services and APIs (Node.js or similar)
• Design clean, well-documented API contracts that make integration effortless
• Champion performance, accessibility, and maintainability across the stack
• Wear many hats and help define how the engineering team operates as we grow

What they are looking for...

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally full-stack
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
• Backend experience with Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks
• Experience building SDKs, component libraries, or developer-focused tools
• Familiarity with data-heavy applications and sound system design
• Experience with state management libraries and frontend testing frameworks
• Comfort with modern build tools and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong product instincts, design sensibility, and attention to detail

Nice to haves...

• Passion for entertainment, media, or e-commerce
• Experience with LLMs or prompt-driven interfaces
• Interest in mentoring and shaping an early engineering team
• Experience with animations, Web Components, or rendering optimizations
