Position Overview Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role includes greeting guests, managing reservations, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism. The Supervisor plays a vital role in delivering a memorable guest experience, maintaining service standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of operations. What we looking for Previous experience in Reception or Guest Service (2 years +) within the hospitality industry. A friendly and professional attitude, with the ability to engage guests and handle inquiries efficiently Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including reservations, check-ins, and guest requests. Passionate to providing excellent service and ensuring every guest has a positive experience. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
