Lead the technical direction for projects, shaping architecture to align with business and product goals. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, applying best practices in system design and architecture. Mentor and support engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence within the team. Drive engineering standards, including test automation, CI/CD, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver features that matter. Ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and effective, supporting the platform’s growth and performance. Champion modern release paradigms and incremental delivery in an agile environment.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience with ReactJS and writing middleware in Node.js. Strong background in unit and functional testing, and working in Agile teams. Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative environments. Solid understanding of software and application design, architecture, and troubleshooting.
