Own significant parts of the frontend, from architecture to polish Shape design and product decisions alongside the founders Push performance, reliability, and code quality Experiment to find out how AI coding tools integrate best with frontend workflows Build features that span local → cloud execution Craft the full user experience, including keyboard shortcuts, command bars, and UI interactions

Who we’re looking for Ideally you’re full-stack, but stronger on frontend than we are. You should have enough experience to hold opinions about architecture and design when building complex systems. Ours is complex because, for example:

Agent chat threads, code, and other data must sync in real time Users live inside Vibe Kanban, it’s a power tool that must feel effortless It’s both information and function dense
