Senior Sales and Account Manager London The Opportunity A well established, fast growing international payments and FX firm is expanding its presence in the UK and is seeking a senior sales and account management professional based in London. The business operates globally with regulated entities across multiple regions and delivers sophisticated cross border payment and currency solutions to corporate and institutional clients. This is a strategically important hire and will suit an experienced professional who wants to play a central role in growing revenue, strengthening market presence and building long term client relationships in the UK. Role Overview You will be responsible for originating new business, managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth across the UK. The role requires strong experience in deliverable FX and cross border payments, with the ability to position both traditional and innovative payment solutions to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients across the UK Generate new revenue through sales of deliverable FX and cross border payment solutions Promote multi currency accounts, virtual IBANs and complex currency payment structures Introduce domestic and international payment solutions aligned to client requirements Position alternative and innovative settlement options where appropriate and compliant Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through onboarding and ongoing account management Act as a trusted advisor, providing insight into currency markets, treasury requirements and payment optimisation Work closely with global teams across product, operations and compliance Build the firm’s reputation in the UK FX and payments market through networking and industry events
Experience and Skills
Proven experience in senior sales or account management within FX, payments or international financial services An established UK client base using deliverable FX or cross border payment solutions Strong understanding of currency markets, international payments and treasury workflows Ability to communicate complex payment solutions clearly and credibly to senior decision makers Commercially driven and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy Relationship led approach focused on sustainable revenue and reputation growth
