Senior General Manager - Care Home Hours: 40 hours / Days Location: Peterlee, Durham Salary: up to £90,000

ABOUT YOU Inspirational Leadership Skills Care home management, marketing and occupancy experience Proven ability to develop and inspire teams to provide exceptional patient care Excellent organisational and management skills A strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels Experience creating strong links with the local community You must be a Registered Nurse
