The buzzing venue has an incredible Modern Mediterranean menu, extensive wine list and impeccable service, catering for a very discerning clientele. This iconic restaurant serves incredible food with a focus on impeccable produce, created in a state of the art kitchen, with traditional methods. With further sites planned this is an opportunity for an ambitious GM at the top of their game. We are looking for a strong leader that has proven experience in high volume, Michelin/Fine-dining environments and knows what it takes to excel in these places.
