Key Responsibilities
Manage the full graduate recruitment lifecycle, from application screening to assessment centres and onboarding.
Build strong relationships with universities and external partners to enhance employer brand visibility.
Organise and deliver engaging events and presentations to attract top-tier candidates.
Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
Analyse recruitment data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Previous experience in graduate recruitment or early careers talent acquisition, ideally within professional services.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for talent development and diversity.
