Role Overview I am supporting a high growth D2C supplement brand who are seeking a high-leverage Senior Growth Engineer to operate at the critical intersection of ecommerce and AI automation. This is a pivotal role designed for a technical 'builder' who can bridge the gap between commercial strategy and execution. Working directly with the ecommerce leadership, you will own the technical roadmap for growth, focusing on building, automating, and optimising the systems that drive our commercial performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Optimisation: Develop and enhance our Shopify experience through custom Liquid development, CRO experiments, and advanced UX testing to drive conversion. Technical Ecosystem Management: Lead the integration and optimisation of our tech stack, including Klaviyo, Recharge, and custom APIs, ensuring a seamless data flow across the customer journey.
