We are working with a fast growing bakery brand looking for a Senior Head Baker ready to take the lead in a busy, ambitious operation with both retail and wholesale operations thriving . You will be leading a 10+ person bakery team , owning production, standards, and helping bring new product development ideas to life . This is a role for someone who likes a challenge and wants to grow with a business that's about to expand significantly. The Role Full responsibility for bakery production and daily operations Lead and develop a team of 12 bakers Drive consistency, quality and efficiency Take NPD ideas and turn them into real products at scale Manage rotas, suppliers and production planning Maintain exceptional artisan bread standards The Hours This is a hands-on leadership role in a real production bakery . Afternoon / Evening shifts Some finishes past midnight Fridays are the busiest production day 45 hour contract If you love the rhythm of an evening / night bakery and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, you will fit right in.
