With significant investment in new technology, upgraded operations, and a long-term plan to increase output by 50% over the next five years, the organisation is now seeking an experienced Senior HSE Manager to lead its next chapter of development.
Job Description
- Define and deliver the organisation's HSE strategy and long-term vision
- Advise senior leadership on all aspects of safety and environmental legislation
- Develop subject matter expertise in evolving regulatory requirements
- Act as a visible role model for HSE excellence
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of specialists
- Drive performance through SMART objectives and structured development plans
- Implement new processes to enhance efficiency and operational standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support wider business goals
The Successful Applicant
- Inspirational leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong passion for health, safety, environment, and quality
- Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- NEBOSH Certificate (Diploma desirable)
- Additional professional qualifications/memberships (e.g., DGSA, FPA, ISEP, IQA, IRCA Lead Auditor)
