An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Health, Safety and Environmental Manager with a successful housebuilder and developer. The role will oversee a range of projects across the Kent region. With a recent turnover of over £150 million and a strong track record of successful operations in the UK, this position plays a crucial part in the company's continued growth and success.

The role will report directly to the HSEQ Director.

Responsibilities of the Senior Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will include: Supporting the HSEQ Director with strategic reports, ESG and group strategy meetings, pre-construction and director tours, and board-level updates. Promoting a strong safety and environmental culture through behavioural change and ongoing employee engagement. Assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO-certified management systems (ISO 14001, 9001 & 45001). Representing the business in client meetings and liaising with external regulatory bodies.
