We are seeking individuals who have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and who are committed to supporting residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. In this role, you will work closely with nurses, senior carers, and the management team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Assistingwith mobility and transfers using safe moving and handling techniques and equipment

  • Promoting residents comfort, independence, and overall wellbeing

  • Supporting senior carers and the management team in delivering outstanding care

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

  • Minimum of1years experience within a care home setting

  • A genuine passion for working in a caring environment

  • Confidence in supporting residents with personal care and mobility needs

  • Experience supporting individuals living with dementia, confusion, or behavioural needs

  • Strong communicationand teamwork skills

  • Reliable, professional, and committed to continuous professional development
