Blue Arrow are recruiting for an experienced Senior Hotel Duty Manager for our client based in the Solihull area.
Working in a Country Hotel specialising in weddings & events over seeing day to day operations alongside the General Manager, your duties will include: * Overseeing day to day front of house, back of house & events operations * Addressing guest concerns, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service * Supervising staff on duty - Managing and motivating front-of-house teams, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance * Maintaining the highest levels of standards throughout the entire venue * Conduct briefings to junior staff members * Enforcing hotel policies and procedures, ensuring consistent service quality, and adhering to health and safety regulations * Effectively communicating with staff, guests, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and information flow * Identifying and resolving operational issues, handling guest complaints, and finding solutions to unexpected challenges
