PURPOSE OF THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our HR People Services team with a dedicated focus on supporting the procurement and contract management of HR Outsourced contracts, predominantly Wellbeing contracts, e.g. Access and Disability Service and Occupational Health. In this key role, you'll be a liaison internally for co-ordinating robust and structured conversations with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and providing administrative support to the HRBP Stakeholder Relationship Manager. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and playing an essential part in shaping and enabling inclusive contracts that support colleagues Pan BBC. WHY JOIN THE TEAM This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver requirements for outsourced contracts being procured in 2025/2026. With several contracts up for renewal, the role will work with the HRBP Stakeholder Relationship Manager to procure and onboard the best suppliers that support BBC colleagues globally with wellbeing needs and other requirements necessary to carry out their workplace duties. The team collaborates regularly with the Wellbeing Team, Procurement, Legal and Finance and there is potential for future development and mentoring of skills and knowledge in these areas. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT: The role involves contract management, organising meetings, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders, leading on specific one-off projects and procurement activity. Contract management will include organising relevant documentation on Teams channels and HR folders as well as scheduling periodic review meetings with Suppliers, providing updates and distribution of documents before and after reviews. Procurement activity will involve hosting stakeholder feedback sessions, updating procurement documentation in preparation for tender and award of contract. The role will also act as query resolution service for contractual escalations, in line with defined Service Level Agreements with suppliers. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Adaptable and flexible to a variety of competing priorities. Strong organisation and communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships (interna and external). Experience of dealing with escalated cases/issues and being accountable for resolution. Experience of working with contracts and/or procurement, supplier management is desirable. Excellent attention to detail and experience in drafting documentation and providing accurate written updates where required. #LI-DNI
