Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation in Tadworth as a Senior HR Advisor. This role would suit someone with HR experience, specifically managing disciplinary/grievance and complex employee relation matters and casework management. Our client offers hybrid working. Please note you must have UK based experience Duties: Provide comprehensive support and advice on all employment queries/cases Managing complex employee relations casework, dismissals and employment tribunals Advising managers on best practice and current UK employment law Maintain HR database and filing systems ensuring information is up to date and accurate HR Administration duties such as processing payroll and visas Experience: HR Experience - particularly dealing with employee relations CIPD qualified; or qualified by experience Working knowledge of employment law and good practice Data-driven mindset confident using insights & metrics for strategic decisions and meaningful change Excellent attention to detail and able to act with discretion
