We're working with a leading Professional Services firm based in Bristol to help them find a commercial Senior HR Business Partner to join their high-performing HR team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, partnering with senior leaders across specific business areas, this role will help shape and deliver a strategically aligned people agenda. As Senior HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with partners and senior stakeholders across UK offices, driving performance through people and aligning HR strategy with business goals. Managing a team of HR Advisors and working closely with HR Shared Services and the COE the role will support a large Business Services team or a couple of front office client groups at an exciting time as the company launches a new People strategy and agenda. You'll be instrumental in shaping the annual people plan, coaching leaders, and influencing decisions around talent, structure, and engagement.
