About this Role:

At Fexco Property Services, we are now recruiting for a Senior HRBP who will act as a strategic link between Human Resources and business units, advising senior leaders on HR matters, leading change management initiatives, and developing HR strategies aligned with organisational goals. This role will be based in our North London office on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Partnership & Advisory: Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and leaders, ensuring HR practices align with business objectives and strategies.
• Change Management: Lead and support significant organisational change initiatives, including restructures, TUPE transfers, and cultural transformations.
• Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Contribute to strategic workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and recruitment strategies to attract and retain key talent.
• Employee Relations: Advise on and manage complex employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary matters, grievances, and disputes, ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
• HR Project Coordination: Implement various HR projects across the HR spectrum, such as pay and reward, employee engagement and HR policy development.
• Data & Analytics: Utilise HR data and metrics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve people practices and business performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Coaching & Capability Building: Coach and support managers in their people management responsibilities and in developing their HR capabilities.
