Senior HR Business Partner, FinTech, London (Hybrid), Up to £130,000p/a + package


I’m currently partnering with a high growth FinTech business to hire a Senior HR Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation of c.3,000 people, where you’ll take ownership of a 200 person European remit. The business operates with a strong centre of excellence model, but with a decentralised structure, giving you real scope to influence and shape the people agenda locally.


You’ll act as a true partner to senior leadership, balancing both strategic and operational HR delivery. This is a broad, high impact role where you’ll help drive business performance through effective people strategies, supporting the organisation’s continued growth across Europe.


Key focus areas:

  • Partnering with the Regional MD and leadership team to shape and deliver the people strategy
  • Supporting a multi-country workforce, navigating the nuances of an international environment
  • Driving organisational effectiveness, talent development, and engagement
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on all HR matters, from strategic initiatives to day-to-day operations
  • Collaborating with central CoEs to deliver best in class HR solutions


About you:

  • Proven experience operating as a Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent in a complex, international environment
  • Comfortable working across both strategy and execution
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
  • Experience within tech or FinTech is beneficial, but not essential
  • Commercially minded, with a focus on driving business outcomes through people


The business operates a hybrid working model with 3 days per week in their London head office.
