Location: Liverpool Street, London (onsite 5 days oer week) 14-Month Contract £370-£420 per day (PAYE) 40 hrs/week

What You'll Do

Lead global pay equity and HR compliance projects, collaborating with legal, HR, data, and business teams. Interpret and translate regulatory requirements into actionable processes and system improvements. Manage project timelines, identify risks, and lead remediation efforts where needed. Analyse and validate large data sets to support audits, reports, and litigation support. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders. Champion continuous improvement by driving automation and standardisation across processes.
