Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Senior People Advisor to join a fast-paced IT organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, providing strategic and operational HR support during a period of growth and transformation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert advice across all areas of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Support line managers with HR best practices, policies, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage complex employee relations cases with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive HR projects and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies


Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Senior People Advisor or similar HR generalist role, ideally within the IT or tech sector
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent is preferred


This is a 6-month FTC remote role offering circa £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
