About the Role

Working with the operational leaders you will provide first-line support on all things employee relations, from disciplinaries and grievances to absence management and performance. This is a hands-on, people-first role where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advising and coaching managers on employee relations matters with confidence and consistency
• Acting as an escalation point for complex HR cases
• Monitoring and managing absence, parental leave, and contractual changes
• Supporting recruitment during peak periods
• Keeping up to date with employment law and ensuring policy compliance
• Building strong relationships with operational leaders across the business

What We're Looking For

✅ Proven experience in an HR Advisor role within a fast-paced environment ✅ Strong employee relations knowledge and the confidence to advise at all levels ✅ Experience supporting frontline or shift-based teams ✅ Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
