Our client is currently seeking an HR Business Partner to join their established team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in HR roles, particularly in employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
- Analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and trends for informed decision-making.
