Role Title: Senior HR Business Partner
Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days)
Duration: 12 months contract
Role Summary
- Employee Experience (EX) Senior HR Business Partners are responsible for ensuring organisational alignment and effectiveness by partnering closely and successfully with the business.
- The EX Sr. HR Business Partner provides thought leadership in the areas of workforce planning, organizational design, resource/OpEx allocation, performance optimization, performance management, talent assessment & engagement, business integration (M&A), and change management leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to position yourself as a trusted Senior Business Partner to client’s Senior Leader community, with the goal of driving overall organizational effectiveness and success.
- We are looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner who can provide strategic business partner guidance to senior leaders to drive overall organisational effectiveness, in the areas of workforce planning, organisational design, key talent/succession planning, high performing team effectiveness, employee engagement, culture strategies and change and transformation leadership. You will provide HR partnership across several organisations and work closely with other team members across the globe.
- This role is a key member of the leadership teams supported and regional APAC Employee Experience team. You will work closely with other regional and global team members and COE's.
What you'll do
- Provide partnership, consultation and support in the areas of organisational design, organisational development, talent development, employee engagement, and change management practices.
- Partner with APAC and Japan Employee Experience leadership to drive workforce planning initiatives including alignment of resources to the top priorities, and building capabilities needed to achieve the stated vision and strategy including the investment in talent.
- Partner with leaders to identify and address critical organisational and people issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of the business.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a broad range of important People Resources issues including reward, employee relations, talent, performance management, organisation development/change, culture, leadership and learning and development.
- Consult on targeted development solutions and offerings to accelerate growth and impact of key talent.
- Design and deliver meetings, offsites and strategic planning sessions to enable business effectiveness by facilitating, co-facilitation to work with leaders to drive change within the business.
- Build performance management capabilities by coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective feedback to foster employee development and differentiate performance.
- Partner with the Employee Experience Team to develop and track key talent and ensure they are provided with experiences that enable development and retention.
- Coordinate and partner closely with the COEs to deliver HR programs to the business, including Company Check-in Engagement Survey, Leadership Developments Programs, Annual Rewards, and Workforce Planning.
What you need to succeed
- Strong command of principles, frameworks, tools and solutions to increase organisational and leadership effectiveness including but not limited to; key talent dev/ succession planning, org design/workforce planning, change leadership, high performing team effectiveness and coaching.
- A strong background in consulting skills in addition to proven business acumen.
- Strong knowledge and technical design skills in change management, organisational design, systems thinking, strategic communications, consultative skills, team dynamics, coaching and facilitation.
- Proven ability to develop relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organisation, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills, and design, implement, and lead change management initiatives.
- Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency.
- Clearly demonstrated aptitude in leading in a global, matrixed organization.
- Exceptional verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach, ability to contribute to a working environment and work in a multi-cultural team environment.
- Typically requires minimum of 6+ years of related experience partnering directly with senior leaders.
