Are you a proactive, commercially minded Senior HR Business Partner with experience in financial services, thriving at the highest levels of an organisation?


We’re looking for a permanent Senior HRBP to support senior leaders and the executive team in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. This is a hybrid role based in London City, perfect for someone who can shape strategy and roll up their sleeves to get things done.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with senior leaders, including C-Suite stakeholders, to influence people strategy and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and ensure decisions turn into action.
  • Deliver practical HR solutions across the employee lifecycle, including complex people and ER matters.
  • Shape culture and ways of working, promoting engagement, accountability, and performance.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven HRBP experience supporting senior leaders and executive teams, ideally within financial services.
  • Hands-on, proactive “go-getter” who drives change and gets things done.
  • Commercially astute, balancing people priorities with business needs.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
