Job Description
My client is a leading Hedge Fund, seeking an experienced HR Partner to support their London team across a wide range of strategic and operational responsibilities, supporting Front-Office senior leadership.
This role requires someone who can comfortably shift between big‑picture thinking and hands‑on execution.
My client provides a dynamic, intellectually stimulating environment with a flat organisational structure. You’ll bring deep HR expertise and apply it across a broad range of disciplines within a distinctive, high‑performance culture.
Responsibilities
- In a typical day, you might act as a resource for employees navigating workplace issues, hold strategic discussions with senior leadership, coach new managers on employee relations topics, contribute to the design and improvement of people processes (such as performance management), and analyse people‑related data.
- You will collaborate closely with the global HR function spanning New York, London, and Hong Kong. The team is known for its collaborative style and commitment to cultivating an exceptional workplace.
- As a trusted advisor, you will help shape strategy related to organisational growth, performance feedback, leadership development, and compensation and benefits planning. The role also offers opportunities to participate in global initiatives and to evolve your remit as the organisation continues to grow.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years’ experience in HR Partnering in small Hedge Fund, Technology, Investment environments
- Mature, professional presence with the ability to handle sensitive information with care
- Flexible team player - comfortable leading as well as rolling up your sleeves
- Positive and approachable, with a calm and balanced communication style
- Strong grasp of HR best practices and the ability to source answers when needed
