Someone with at least 3 years HR Business Partner/Senior HR Business Partner experience, who is used to working in a busy, deadline‑driven team. Ideally in a fast‑paced environment Deep knowledge of employment law with experience of putting your knowledge into practice Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining operational excellence Experience designing and implementing people processes from scratch or significantly improving existing ones Solid all‑round generalist HR knowledge to enable you to deal with day‑to‑day issues that would help to support the high‑performance culture Track record of using data and metrics to drive people decisions and measure impact Someone who enjoys being part of a small, busy and ideas‑driven team with the confidence to address employees in all areas of the business Someone who is excellent at building relationships in order to communicate and influence at all levels Hands on experience with HRIS systems
