We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Human Resources practitioner, with experienced gained at senior level within large / complex organisations. Ideally with local authority or government background. Reporting to the Head of HR and OD, this is a 2-year assignment to provide on-island senior level HR leadership for a busy, complex HR workload, in a diverse public service organisation. Your professional HR technical support and advice, aimed at transforming and developing the organisation and strengthening the HR team, will ensure that managers are able to access guidance and information to manage their workforce issues with confidence.
