Senior IC Design Engineer

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Senior Analogue IC Design Engineer to join our New Product Engineering team. This is a hands-on role focused on the design, implementation and verification of analogue and mixed-signal IC sub-systems for advanced communication devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop analogue/RF blocks including filters, bias circuits, bandgap references, fractional-N PLLs, dividers, high-speed multiplexers and power management circuits
• Deliver innovative high-performance ICs using SiGe and CMOS technologies
• Produce detailed design documentation and support product evaluation
• Contribute to ASIC characterisation and collaborate with multi-site test teams
• Support test plan development and silicon validation

About You:

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant discipline (or strong industrial track record)
• 5+ years’ IC design experience
• Strong knowledge of analogue/RF fundamentals: mismatch, noise, linearity, stability
• Experience designing PTAT, bandgap, VGA, TIA, PLL, filters, or related baseband modules
• Proven silicon success in SiGe Bipolar and CMOS technologies
• Proficient with Cadence Virtuoso and IC layout techniques
• Understanding of DFM and ESD protection

We can offer hybrid working and a salary of up to £75,000 DOE + benefits.
