You will get plenty of client contact and the work will be varied and interesting.

You will work on both corporate and personal immigration matters, as well as representing prominent individuals seeking political asylum. This will involve running matters on your own, as well as supporting a specialist Immigration Partner and helping pursue business development.

This means you can expect bi-monthly socials, an annual sports day and trips across Europe.

You can expect a variety of work. This will include advising on visa applications, sponsor licences, settlement, Skilled Worker visas and Global Talent applications.

Flexible working is encouraged. Generally, the team are in 3 days a week.

What you’ll need

• 5-10 PQE as an Immigration Solicitor
• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales and worked in a law firm.
• Experience in both personal and business immigration.
• Business development mindset. You will enjoying building client relationships and bringing in work.
