£35,000-£45,000 (negotiable) plus up to 30% commission

Hybrid (4 days from home, Fridays in the London office)

A long-standing, privately owned multilingual recruitment firm has just opened up a key technical IT division following a strategic reset.

This is not a cold desk.

There are established German and French clients with active requirements.

Live roles being absorbed internally.

A territory that historically performed well.

They now want someone who can take this forward.

The Brief

• 360 Tech Recruitment
• IT Infrastructure, Data, Cyber Security, Change & Transformation
• Mid to senior level
• Pure perm
• Germany, France, London, wider Europe
• Friday office in London, rest remote

You’ll inherit warm relationships but you’ll also be expected to hunt and expand. This is not a “service what comes in” role.

Who This Suits

• Fluent English plus German or French
• 2+ years 360 agency experience
• £150k+ recent billings
• Strong BD mentality
• Comfortable without heavy KPI management

If you need daily structure and chasing, this won’t suit.

If you like autonomy and ownership, it will.
