We're hiring a skilled AV Installation Engineer to join a long-standing and respected AV integrator supporting schools, councils, and commercial environments across Scotland.

This is a hands-on, site-based role where you’ll take ownership of installation and commissioning tasks, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a friendly and high-performing engineering team of 16.

The Role:

Working closely with senior engineers and reporting to the Install Manager, you'll be involved in:

Installing cabling and containment systems to a high standard Mounting and commissioning AV equipment (audio/video systems) Updating job records via a cloud-based system Demonstrating AV systems to clients Supporting junior engineers and collaborating with other departments Attending project meetings and representing the team onsite What We're Looking For:
