Job Description

The Studio

For decades, this studio has featured in the House & Garden 100 because they don’t compromise on design, and they don’t chase trends. Their clients include luxury hotel brands, and their residential projects range from pied-à-terres to mansions.

Located within a characterful central London studio, surrounded by a number of well-known design and creative studios, this team works across high-end private residential projects. The studio is known to develop and reward their team, offering above market rate pay and an annual bonus.

The Opportunity

This is a heavily FF&E-focused Senior Interior Designer position, suited to someone with deep expertise in furniture, finishes, lighting, and bespoke joinery, combined with exceptional technical and drawing ability. The role centres on leading and delivering fully resolved FF&E schemes, managing procurement end-to-end, and producing highly detailed drawing packages that translate design intent clearly and accurately.

At this prestigious studio, you will work closely with the Creative Directors and senior team to lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring all details reflect the studio’s refined vision. You’ll take ownership of FF&E space planning, specification, budgeting, procurement, and final installation, while overseeing the design process and coordinating complex bespoke elements to the highest standard.

Mentoring and inspiring colleagues, you will foster creativity and excellence within the team. With broad interior and architectural knowledge, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the studio’s timeless, evolving style and reputation for luxurious interiors.

The Candidate

  • Lead high-end residential projects from concept to completion.
  • Oversee project timelines, client budgets, and overall delivery.
  • Strong across concept, FF&E, technical detailing, and on-site coordination.
  • Confidently lead client relationships and presentations at every stage.
  • Collaborate with directors to deliver refined, layered interiors.
  • Manage and mentor design teams, upholding quality and studio standards.
