Senior Interior Designer - Rising Design Leader

New Today

Job Description

You rarely get the chance to join a team this early, under a leader this good.

This opportunity sits directly beside a leader who has already built an impressive name for herself - early industry recognition, a strong design track record, and now the backing to launch a new division inside an award-winning commercial interiors business.

She’s not inheriting a tired team.

She’s building something new.

And she needs a Senior Designer who can help shape it from the start.

Why this is a strong move

Some roles give you a project.

This one gives you proximity.

Proximity to:

  • a leader on the rise
  • live clients and real pitches
  • early decisions
  • visible responsibility
  • and a team that hasn’t yet calcified into hierarchy

If you’ve been craving more ownership, more exposure, and more say in the work you’re producing, this is the kind of position that can move your career forward quickly.

What you’d be stepping into

A new workplace design division with access to a strong pipeline across:

  • bespoke tenant workplace projects
  • sought-after landlord repositioning / refurbishment schemes

The work will be a mix of:

  • smaller, fast-turnaround projects with momentum
  • larger, more visible workplace schemes with global brands and more profile

So the role won’t feel repetitive.

It will feel active, varied and commercially real.

The role

This is a Senior Designer position for someone who can do more than just make things look good.

You’ll be expected to:

  • shape award-worthy concepts and workplace responses
  • build pitch narratives and presentations
  • lead projects as they move from brief into design development and beyond
  • present confidently to clients
  • work closely with the lead in a small, collaborative environment
  • bring ideas, energy and direction as the division grows

You won’t be buried in a big team.

You’ll be one of the people helping define what this team becomes.

Who this will suit

This is for someone who already works in:

  • workplace interiors
  • commercial fit-out
  • landlord repositioning
  • or a strong interior-led design studio

And who wants:

  • a better career platform
  • more visibility
  • more trust
  • more client exposure
  • and a clearer route upward

They’re looking for someone who combines:

  • strong concept ability
  • pitch confidence
  • client-facing presence
  • real project ownership
  • pace
  • and a low-ego, team-first attitude

You do not need to be the loudest person in the room.

But you do need to be someone who can lead work, bring ideas, and build confidence around you.

Why people make moves like this

Because joining early matters.

Because good leaders matter.

Because being close to the momentum matters.

And because some of the best career moves come from spotting the right platform before everyone else does.
