* We are looking for an experienced litigation solicitor to join our friendly and busy firm. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in general civil litigation and contentious probate matters. This role presents an exciting opportunity to manage a lighter caseload, assist with compliance, and contribute to the ongoing success of our growing practice. Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, property litigation, and debt recovery.
* Manage a caseload of contentious probate matters, including will disputes and inheritance claims.
* Assist with compliance tasks, including GDPR, anti-money laundering, and SRA regulations.
* Collaborate closely with other members of the firm to ensure high-quality service delivery.
