Science Lead / Senior Leader

I am currently working with a South London school who is seeking an experienced Science Lead with Senior Leadership responsibilities to join their team. This is an interim role available ASAP until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead and line-manage the Science department
• Deliver teaching commitments
• Support exam preparation, assessments, and on-call duties
• Contribute to school-wide senior leadership initiatives

We are looking for someone with a strong Science teaching background, leadership experience, and the ability to drive outcomes across the department.
