Company description We're looking for a talented Senior Leasing Manager to join our Leasing team. Key Objectives The Senior Leasing Manager will lead the leasing strategy for the asset, with oversight of both Croydon and St James Quarter in Edinburgh, ensuring each scheme has a clear, commercially driven plan. You will appoint, manage, and motivate both the internal leasing team and external agents, set the budget in partnership with Asset Management, and deliver against the Business Plan leasing targets. Stakeholder management is a critical part of the role, spanning brand partners, joint venture partners, and internal teams across URWs UK business, as well as close collaboration with colleagues in our Paris head office
Job description What you will be doing Lead the Leasing input for your asset into the Annual Business Plan, Budgets/Long Term Forecast, and regular financial reporting. Deliver the Business Plan Leasing KPIs for the asset (including deal volume, target vacancy rate, base rent, turnover rent, and ERV growth).
