My client a leading Global Consumer Brand in London is now looking to hire an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join their legal team on a 12 month FTC.

Reporting into the GC & Co Sec, you will provide legal advice to various business streams including:

• drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts such as distribution agreements, logistic agreements and supply agreements
• advising on technology and procurement contracts
• supporting on various ad hoc strategic projects for the business

The ideal candidate will have c. 10+ PQE as a Commercial Lawyer and be looking to take on a Senior Legal Counsel role in a broad and business facing role. The role would suit someone who thrives working in a fast paced environment with varied and interesting work.
